Returns Eligibility
Products are eligible for return only if they are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Due to the nature of perfumes, used or opened products cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.
Return Request

Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please inform us within 48 hours of delivery with proper proof such as images or videos. We will arrange a replacement or refund after verification.
Refund Process

Non-Returnable Items
